DAY 2 #STAYCATION

On my second day of #staycation I finally ventured to The Guggenheim Museum which also happens to be on my bucket list. My mother and I have been talking about going for years and we finally committed to a day. I met her and my brother this morning in Manhattan and we made our way over. I ended up finding the architect of the building slightly more fascinating than the art, but it was still worth going. Afterwards we stopped by the tree, had lunch at The Perfect Pint, and went our separate ways.

When I got home I poured myself a glass of wine, turned on the tv, and sat down with my computer to organize a number of things I had been putting off. I even started a list for my 2016 resolutions. Maybe tomorrow I’ll finish it. I’m really crossing my fingers I sleep in though…
